Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ChurnLens collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service: email address (for account creation), usage data (for product improvement), and technical data (for security).
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our service
- To communicate with you about your account
- To improve our product
- To comply with legal obligations
Analytics, Cookies and Advertising
We run no advertising or retargeting pixels. ChurnLens does not use the Meta/Facebook pixel, the Reddit pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads tags, or any comparable ad-network tracker, and we do not build or share advertising audiences. Meta and Reddit pixels were present on our home page until 25 July 2026 and have been removed.
The one analytics tool we use is PostHog, on its EU-hosted infrastructure (eu.i.posthog.com), as our processor. It records page views (URL, referrer, viewport size, approximate country and browser derived from your request) and a small set of product events so we can tell which pages and offers work — for example when someone requests the free checklist, subscribes, or is shown the follow-up offer. To do this PostHog stores an identifier in your browser (a cookie and local storage). We have configured it not to build a profile for anonymous visitors, and we do not use it to track you across other websites.
If you prefer not to be counted, PostHog honours your browser's Do Not Track setting, and blocking eu.i.posthog.com (via an ad/tracker blocker or your browser's settings) disables it entirely without affecting how the site works.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at hello@churnlens.site to exercise these rights.
