Free SaaS metrics calculators
Eight interactive calculators covering retention, churn, lifetime value, revenue concentration and dormant revenue. No signup, no account, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
New — and the one to start with if you have the data. The SaaS Churn & Revenue-Quality Analyzer takes the target's per-customer, per-month subscription CSV and runs all six lenses of the 5-Risk Buyer-Side Method on the real ledger: churn divergence (revenue churn against logo churn, split into cancellations and downgrades), revenue concentration and HHI, the annual-plan renewal cliff, zombie MRR, a cohort retention triangle, and an A–F revenue-quality grade with ranked findings and the question to put to the seller for each one.
It parses the file in your browser and uploads nothing — which is the point when a target's customer-level revenue ledger is covered by an NDA. Every other tool on this page works from summary figures; this one works from the ledger itself.

SaaS Churn & Revenue-Quality Analyzer
Drop the target's subscription CSV and get the full 5-risk report: churn divergence, concentration, renewal cliff, zombie MRR, cohort decay and an A–F grade. Nothing is uploaded.
Open the analyzer → SaaS Due Diligence Simulator
The full buyer-side screen: five risk dimensions, a composite Revenue Quality Score (A–F) and a radar chart. Start here if you are evaluating a business to buy.
Open the calculator →Net Revenue Retention (NRR) Calculator
NRR and GRR from your MRR movements, with a waterfall breakdown. The gap between the two is where hidden churn shows up.
Open the calculator →SaaS Churn Cost Calculator
What churn actually costs in currency rather than percent: annual revenue lost, a 12-month MRR projection and the decay curve.
Open the calculator →Revenue Concentration Risk Analyzer
Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, top-5 share and whale flags. Answers how much revenue walks out with one logo.
Open the calculator →Zombie MRR Detector
Finds accounts still paying but inactive for 90+ days — revenue that counts today and is one renewal notice from cancelling.
Open the calculator →SaaS Revenue Health Score
A composite 0–100 across retention, growth, concentration, efficiency and durability, with the weakest dimension called out.
Open the calculator →Customer LTV Calculator
Churn-adjusted lifetime value. Include your gross margin or the number is lifetime revenue, not lifetime value.
Open the calculator →MRR Health Check
A quick audit of recurring-revenue quality: concentration, annual-plan exposure and decline patterns.

What these tools can and cannot tell you
They compute from summary figures you supply, which makes them a fast first-pass screen. What they cannot see is anything that only emerges from customer-level data: cohort decay curves, renewal-cliff timing, or concentration in specific logos. That needs the full monthly MRR-by-customer ledger, which is what our paid analysis reads.
The scoring bands the tools apply are thresholds, not survey results. The sourced benchmark figures, with citations, are on the benchmarks page.
